Labour Hire

We respond quickly to time sensitive job requests by maintaining a pre-qualified pool of  temporary staff. This upfront recruiting and qualification enhances our ability to provide back-up personnel as needed and respond quickly to sudden increases in workload. Initially, the candidate pool for our clients is drawn from current candidate databases developed by past recruiting efforts. New recruiting   campaigns will be developed and implemented on an on-going basis to maintain a qualified candidate pool specific to your requirements. Prior to placement, Lloyd Philips Group Employees undergo extensive evaluation to ensure performance.

Lloyd Philips Group follows stringent procedures in the recruitment and placement of contract staff. We are therefore confident in the quality and capability of each of our contractors and support this by offering a eight (8) hour guarantee on all temporary staff placements.

All we ask is that you notify us within the first eight (8) hours if the contractor is unsuitable. We will replace that person at no charge for the hours worked.

Our competitive hourly rates incorporate all pay rates and all statutory costs.


Permanent Recruitment

Advertised Recruitment -
Utilises a well developed and cost effective advertising campaign aimed at attracting a wide field of candidates. Lloyd Philips Group has a strong presence on mainstream internet job sites including MyCareer and Seek. We also take advantage of specialised publications including Council Jobs and The Australian Local Government Job Directory.

Direct Search - Executive Search assignments are generally appropriate for senior appointments or where specialised skills are sought. In order to source appropriate candidates we believe that “direct search” methodology will       substantially increase the likelihood of sourcing a suitable candidate.

Data Base Search - Our processes are underpinned by AXIOM, an inter-relational database allowing powerful search capability to assist in identifying suitable candidates from past recruitment drives. Past candidates are also an invaluable source of candidate referrals.

Our guarantee period on all placements is 6 months. Should we not be able to supply a suitable replacement a percentage credit of invoice value will apply to future assignments.
